As co-founding GP & CIO, Raj heads the core investments team and portfolio management at Disruptors Capital.

Raj brings rich experience having been on both sides of the table - with 500Startups on the buyside and spearheading fund raising & M&A transactions with Khetal Advisors, on the sell side.

Previously, he advised macroeconomic engagements at McKinsey & Company and the World Trade Organisation (WTO).

Raj holds a masters in Economics from the London School of Economics (LSE)

Shiv is part of the core investments team at Disruptors Capital. As part of the founding team, he also works with our portfolio companies for constant operational guidance.

Previously, Shiv has worked as an equity research analyst at Bernstein and in a controllership position at Morgan Stanley. As investment banker with Khetal, Shiv was instrumental in closing multiple large ticket transactions.

Shiv is a Chartered Accountant and a CFA charter holder.

As General Partner, Kunal plays the role of strategic mentor to Disruptors Capital's portfolio companies. He is also part of the investment committee.

A serial entrepreneur, Kunal heads SimpliWork- one of India's leading built-to-suit dedicated office spaces. In the past, he founded Khetal Advisors and was a Director at Duke Equities - a US$ 150 million special opportunities fund.

Shashwat heads Khetal Advisors, having advised over 50 M&A and fundraising transactions across India, US, Europe & Singapore . Previously, he co-founder and successfully exited TechUnified- a software services & product company based out of Bangalore.

Kunal is a core investment team member & is responsible to identify & build relationships with seed-stage investment opportunities led by high-quality founding teams.

In his last role as an Investment Manager, he was responsible for researching, sourcing, evaluating and executing venture deals in India. Having closely worked with the founders in fast-paced tech ventures, he understands the challenges involved at an early stage.

He is an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Raipur with a dual specialization in marketing & business operations.

Parth started out his career as the COO of a clean tech startup and then worked with Tata Trusts and IIT-Delhi on projects related to social entrepreneurship and development.

At Disruptors, Parth brings his critical thinking and analytical skills to the forefront and scouts high potential, high growth startups at an early stage. He also extends his operational expertise in other areas of the fund such as portfolio management, investor relations etc.

Neelakshi is our Social Media Analyst.She manages our social media accounts and develops content for the them facilitating our online presence.

She previously worked for an ed-tech start-up, where she was exposed to the challenges of early brand development. She is well-versed in facets of online marketing and the creation and editing of social media content.

She has done her Bachelors in English Literature and Masters in Sociology. Presently she is enhancing her skills through digital learning .

Aakrati is our Marketing and Public Relations Manager.

As she previously worked at Brand Capital, Times Group she is well versed with all aspects of marketing and PR; from brand strategy, content development, social media management to sub managing co-operate events have strongly entrenched her roots.

She has done her Bachelors in Management Studies and is now pursuing an executive course from IIM Lucknow.
